There will be a POW/MIA monument for Massachusetts Vietnam Veterans near the USS Constitution in Charlestown. Gov. Baker is on board and at a meeting yesterday Boston Mayor Marty Walsh also gave us his support: we will get it done, he said. The Constitution docked in DaNang harbor in 1845 while on round the world tour and buried a sailor from its crew on Monkey Mountain.
